Technology & Innovation

With over three decades of experience, we’ve learned a thing or two about what it takes to successfully complete a construction project. As time goes on, we’ve integrated and deployed many different cutting-edge techniques thanks to the power of new and emerging technologies.

Target Builders utilizes the best and most effective technologies to help our teams work faster, safer, more cost-effective than ever before.

We rely on many different tools and techniques. Below are just a few of the state-of-the-art construction tech we employ on our job sites and how they add to the overall construction process.

Procore – Project Management Software used to track the following:

  • Overall Project Coordination & Implementation
  • Safety Management
  • Document Control
  • Project Financials
  • Contract Administration
  • Schedule Management
  • VDC / BIM Coordination
  • Bid Solicitation & Award
  • Vendor Pre-qualification
  • Estimating & Takeoffs

Modular Construction & Prefabrication
With modular construction, building components are built while the site is being prepared to provide substantial time and cost savings in addition to a higher level of safety and quality. Pre-fabrication of MEP systems off-site can also provide considerable time and cost savings to the project by shipping ready-to-assemble materials directly to the job site for assembly. This means less manpower is required on the job site and leads to a better final product and the ability to keep the project on schedule.
