Description: This project spanned across the entire 5 story maximum security complex and was completed in 13 fluent phases to minimize impact on the day-to-day operations of the facility. Renovations included removal of the existing corridor framed drywall ceilings, complete MEP replacement, and installation of new acoustical ceiling tiles for maintenance access. Additional project scope also included replacement of two fire pumps, complete renovation of the kitchen including two sets of walk-in coolers / freezers, and complete fire alarm replacement.
